Return information

A product doesn't fit properly or you don't like it and you'd like to return it? No problem, you have 14 days After delivery of the order, there is time to return it.

You must bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount when your return is processed.

Please ensure that the items:

• in perfect condition

• unworn and

• with all original labels
  be returned to us.

Important instructions:

• Worn or soiled items, as well as items without tags, cannot be returned.

• Hygiene items (e.g. accessories worn directly on the body) are excluded from exchange.

• Reduced items ("Sale") are also excluded from exchange.

We would like to inform you about our return policy:

We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If the goods arrive damaged at our returns warehouse, we will inspect them for damage and return them to you. We will determine whether the loss in value resulted from unnecessary handling of the goods.

Returning multiple orders

If you wish to return multiple orders, please send them back separately so that we can ensure prompt processing.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable. Sale items are typically offered at special prices to make room for new products or to run seasonal promotions. As these items are already heavily discounted, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or refunds. Therefore, we recommend that you take extra care when selecting sale items. Please check the size, color, quality, and all other important information to ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
