→ Orders over 160€ are shipped free of charge. -
Shipping costs to Cyprus: 18.49 €

Returns & Refunds
Return Information
A product doesn't fit or you don't like it and you want to return it? No problem, you have 14 days from delivery of the order to return it.
You must bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.
Please make sure that the items:

are in perfect condition
-
are unworn and
-
are returned to us with all original tags.
Processing of the return can take up to 10 days.
Important notes:

Worn or soiled items, as well as items without tags, cannot be returned.

Hygiene items (e.g. accessories worn directly on the body) are excluded from exchange.

Reduced items ("Sale") are also excluded from exchange.
Hereby we would like to inform you about our return policy:
We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If the goods are damaged upon arrival at our return warehouse, we will return them to you after checking for improper handling. We will check whether the loss in value was caused by unnecessary handling of the goods.
Returning multiple orders
If you want to return multiple orders, please return them separately so that we can ensure quick processing.
Please note that reduced items are excluded from exchange. Reduced goods are generally offered at special prices to make room for new products or to carry out seasonal promotions. Since these items are already heavily discounted, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange for other goods or a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you be particularly careful when selecting reduced items. Please check the size, color, quality and all other important information to ensure that the product meets your requirements before purchasing it.
