Return information

A product doesn't fit properly or you don't like it and you want to return it? No problem, you have 14 days after delivery of the order, you have time to return it.

You must bear the costs of return shipping yourself.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount when your return is processed.

Please make sure that the items:

• in perfect condition

• unworn and

• with all original labels
  be returned to us.

Important instructions:

• Worn or soiled items and items without tags cannot be returned.

• Hygiene items (e.g. accessories worn directly on the body) are excluded from exchange.

• Reduced items ("Sale") are also excluded from exchange.

We would like to inform you about our return policy:

We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If the goods arrive at our returns warehouse damaged, we will return them to you after inspecting them for improper handling. This will determine whether the loss in value was caused by unnecessary handling.

Return of multiple orders

If you would like to return multiple orders, please send them back separately so we can ensure prompt processing.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable. Sale items are usually offered at special prices to make room for new products or to run seasonal promotions. Since these items are already heavily discounted, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for other goods or refunds. Therefore, we recommend that you exercise particular care when selecting sale items. Please check the size, color, quality, and all other important information to ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
