Lisa’s Boutique is a registered online shop from Germany with a complete legal notice, German customer service and shipping via DHL. You pay via PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and UnionPay – providers that come with their own buyer protection. You have a 14-day right of return, set out in the cancellation policy.

Yes. The reviews are collected through Judge.me. Only someone who has actually placed an order can leave one – Judge.me sends the invitation automatically after delivery. We can neither delete individual reviews nor change them afterwards. That is why the three- and four-star reviews are here too, not just the enthusiastic ones.

Mentioned most often are material quality, how the pieces feel to wear and that they come through the wash well. When customers criticise something, it is usually how wide a cut is – not the fabric. It is best to read the reviews directly on the item itself: that is where you find the feedback on exactly that piece.

Most pieces come up true to size. Oversized cuts – knitted jackets, cardigans, wide trousers – are deliberately cut roomier. You will find the measurements on every item, and many customers mention in their review which size they normally wear. If it still does not fit, you send it back within 14 days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, after which the parcel travels with DHL. Within Germany shipping costs 4,99 € and is free from an order value of 99 €. During bigger promotions such as Black Week processing can take longer – we say so openly when that happens. All the details are under Shipping & Returns.

You have 14 days from delivery. You register the return through our returns portal. If you choose a credit for our shop there instead of a refund, we cover the return shipping and provide you with a free return label – the credit can be redeemed without any time limit (applies to returns from Germany). If you choose a refund to your original means of payment, you cover the cost of the return yourself. Reduced items from the sale, worn pieces without their tag and accessories worn directly on the body are excluded for hygiene reasons.

On selected pieces – cargo skirt, muslin blouse, lace trousers, knitted skirt and more – you automatically get 10% from two items and 15% from three items. You do not have to enter anything, the discount is deducted in the cart. You will find an overview under Bundles and on our discount page.
