There are two places to do it. Fastest is directly in the cart: right at the top you will find the code field – enter the code and tap the apply button. We check the code straight away; if it fits, it appears with a tick and, with a percentage discount, the deduction is shown on the items and in the total. Alternatively you can enter the code at checkout in the discount code field. Do make sure no spaces are copied along with it.

Yes. When you enter the code at the top of the cart, we check it straight away. With a percentage discount code you see the deduction directly on the items concerned and in the subtotal – before you even go to checkout. Shipping costs are always calculated finally at checkout.

Usually it comes down to one of these reasons: the code has expired, it only applies to certain items or categories, the minimum order value has not been reached, it was single-use and has already been redeemed, or a space has slipped in. First check the spelling – and if it still does not work, write to us at support@lisas-boutique.de.

No, one discount code can be redeemed per order. Our volume discounts on selected pieces, on the other hand, are deducted automatically – for those you do not need a code at all.

A discount code (also called a voucher code or promo code) takes a percentage or a fixed amount off your order. A gift voucher, on the other hand, is credit that you buy and give away – the person receiving it pays for their order with it. You will find the gift voucher here in the shop.

Yes, and without a code. On selected items – among them the cargo skirt, muslin blouse, lace trousers, knitted skirt, patterned trousers and jersey trousers – you get 10% from two items and 15% from three items. The discount is applied automatically in the cart. You can see which sets these are under Bundles.

For bigger promotions such as Black Week there are separate offers – we announce those in the newsletter and on the homepage. Independently of that, our sale is online permanently; the items there are already reduced, no additional code is needed.

That depends on the code in question. Many promo codes do not apply on top of already reduced goods. What applies to your code you see directly at checkout: if it is accepted, the deduction appears in the total straight away.
