Return Information

A product doesn't fit or you don't like it and you want to return it? No problem, you have 14 days from delivery of the order to return it.

You must bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.

Please make sure that the items:

• are in perfect condition

• are unworn and

• are returned to us with all original tags.
  

Processing of the return can take up to 10 days.

Important notes:

For voluntary exchanges beyond your statutory rights, we only accept new, unworn and clean items with all labels attached. Sale items are excluded from voluntary exchanges. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse if the seal was removed after delivery. Your statutory withdrawal, warranty and defect rights remain unaffected. Following a valid withdrawal, compensation for diminished value may only be due where the loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
